Website design and SEO for construction and contracting companies in Dubai.

Nordvia Digital builds websites and SEO for construction, fit-out and contracting companies in Dubai. We show your projects, registration and capabilities clearly, and make it easy for a developer, consultant or homeowner to send a tender enquiry or ask for a quote.

What clients look for before they invite you to bid.

They check who you are first.

Developers, consultants and homeowners look for a licensed, registered contractor before anything else. A visible trade licence, registration and classification answer that question at once.

They want proof of similar work.

Project pages with the type of building, your role, the scope and the timeline show experience better than a general claim of quality.

They compare capability, not slogans.

Clear information about the services you cover, the team, the equipment and the safety practices lets a client shortlist you quickly.

They need an easy way to enquire.

A short enquiry that asks for project type, location and timeline, and says who replies, is easier to act on than a general contact form.

What we build for construction company websites.

Project pages with scope and role.

One page for each project or project type, with location, scope, your role and a short summary, supplied and checked by your team.

A services and capability section.

Clear pages for building contracting, fit-out, MEP and the other services you are approved for, each with what it includes.

Credentials in one place.

Trade licence, contractor registration and classification, and safety and quality certificates, laid out so a client can check them quickly.

A tender and quote enquiry.

A short form for project type, location and timeline, with a clear reply route and an email address for sending drawings.

A Google Business Profile that matches.

Categories, services, photos and review requests that match the website. Read about our Google Business Profile service.

Structure and structured data.

Company, service and FAQ data, with address and areas served, so search engines read the contractor correctly.

What builds trust on a construction website.

Registration shown as issued.

Show the registration and classification exactly as Dubai Municipality issued them, and only for the activities and project sizes they cover.

Real projects, described honestly.

Real project photos with the scope and your actual role, including when you were a subcontractor, protect your credibility.

Safety and quality records.

Certificates and policies that you hold, shown with their dates, answer questions that clients and consultants ask.

Rules to design around in Dubai.

Contracting in Dubai is a registered, classified activity. Dubai Law No. 7 of 2025 created a unified Contractor Register at Dubai Municipality, in force from January 2026, with a classification that limits the size of project a contractor may take on, so a trade licence alone is no longer enough.

A website should show the trade licence, registration and classification correctly, describe only the work the contractor is approved for, and be careful when listing subcontracted work. Rules and procedures change, so confirm current requirements with Dubai Municipality before publishing.

How a construction website project runs.

1. Company and projects.

We agree the services and the projects to feature, and the company supplies the registration details, photos and project facts.

2. Structure and content plan.

We map the service pages, project pages and credentials page, with titles, headings and internal links planned for each page.

3. Build and check.

We build the pages, and the company checks every project fact, registration detail and certificate before anything goes live.

4. Launch and measure.

We set up the Google profile, submit the sitemap and show you which pages are indexed and where the enquiries come from.

What a construction project page looks like.

This is the structure we use for each project page. Every block has a job for the client and, where it applies, a matching layer of structured data for search engines.

Construction websites in Dubai: frequently asked questions.

What should a construction company website include?

Service pages, project pages with scope and role, a credentials page with licence and registration details, and a short tender enquiry. We plan the structure with you, and the company supplies the facts and certificates, which it checks before anything goes live.

Does a contractor have to show its registration on the website?

A website is not the place for every document, but showing the trade licence and the Dubai Municipality registration and classification builds trust. We leave a clear place for them and show them exactly as issued. Rules changed in January 2026, so confirm current requirements with the authority.

Can a website list subcontracted projects?

Yes, if it says what the company's role was. Claiming work as your own when it was subcontracted can damage trust with clients and consultants. We write project pages around the real scope and role, and the company confirms every project fact before it goes live.

How do you help a construction company get found on Google?

We plan pages for each service and project type, set up the Google Business Profile with accurate details, and keep the company name, address and phone number the same everywhere. We never promise a position, and we show you what is indexed and where enquiries come from.

How much does a construction company website cost?

Website projects start from AED 3,992 for an agreed scope, with a clear plan and a fixed project price. A site with many project pages and certificates, or with a tender portal, is scoped separately, and we agree the scope and the price before work begins.

Can clients send drawings through the website?

A short enquiry form can ask for project details and give an email address for drawings and documents. If you want files uploaded and stored through the site, that is a separate, secure setup that we scope with you first, including where the files are kept and who can see them.

Tell us about your construction company.

Describe your services and the projects you want to win. We come back with questions and a clear first step.
